typical Brazilian food


Feijoada :
               Feijoada is the typical dishes of Brazilian cuisine, is considered the national dish, its basic ingredients are the black beans, salted pork and usually presents together with oranges and rice, is often added farofa is manioc flour .



acarajé :
              is a typical food in northern Brazil is as delicious as the feijoada,but its origin is probably in African cuisine, is a kind of pastry made​​with veneers Jewish masses, shrimp, palm oil fried and served in asauce pepper, and caruru vatapá, this food is closely related toAfro-Brazilian religious traditions



moqueca:
                moqueca is a fish stew made ​​with onions, peppers, tomatoes and coriander leaves, all made with palm oil and coconut milk.  his Brazilian  Indian origin and originally was made from leaves of various trees.
